The Canon K35 vintage primes, rehoused by Zero Optik, have become one of the most popular full frame lens sets amongst modern cinematographers. The K35s were originally made in the 70’s and 80’s and were used on classic films such as “Aliens” and “Barry Lyndon”. The K35s are fast and sharp, but with lower contrast than modern primes. They exhibit plenty of vintage character, with beautiful purple and orange flares, as well as unique bokeh and focus falloff.
