TLS Canon K35
Prime - Spherical - Full Frame
product details
Canon K35 Prime Lenses are a set of high-performance, full-frame spherical lenses rehoused by True Lens Services. The set includes 7 focal lengths of 14mm - 135mm, with separate but exceptionally well matched Canon FD'sย and K35 Zoom offering another 14 spectacular focal options. They have been color matched and remain very consistent across the rental sets. The Canon K35โs are renowned for their vintage character, unique bokeh, painterly skin tones and smooth focus fall-off. They have lower contrast compared to modern lenses and produce beautiful purple and orange flares. Steeped in professional acclaim and history from films like Barry Lindon, Manchester by the Sea, Aliens and American hustle, these lenses have proven themselves timesโ over. The K35 lenses (particularly TLS rehouses) have become an industry standard due to their superb mechanics, ergonomics and reliability. With production of these lenses beginning in the early 70โs, they deliver a familiar and nostalgic feel to modern productions. The TLS K35 lenses are available to rent or sub-rent from Cine Visuals in full sets, partial sets, or as single lenses.

Image Performance
Handling & Adaptability
The inclusion of a single aspheric optical element makes it visually compatible with both the multi-aspheric Leica Summilux-C and the spherical Leica Summicron-C primes. With nine lenses in six groups and apochromatic correction, outstanding resolution and contrast can be achieved all the way to the edge of the frame.
