Each inspection is performed by Cine Visuals’ brand-certified in-house lens technicians,
giving you an accurate, professional assessment of the lens’s condition.
You’ll receive a detailed PDF report with technician notes and diagrams.

$50 — Credit Applied Toward Purchase of This Lens
If you later choose to purchase the same lens after reviewing the inspection report, your $50 inspection fee will be applied as a credit toward that purchase. If you decide not to purchase the lens, the report remains yours and the $50 is non-refundable.
One inspection report covers the entire lens/set family (only one report is needed per lens family).
What’s in the report
- Optical condition (haze, fungus, cleaning marks, coating integrity)
- Mechanical condition (focus, zoom, and iris operation and smoothness)
- Mount wear, alignment, and general housing condition
Warranty + Optional Service
After receiving your report, you can choose to have the lens serviced by Cine Visuals before
purchase.
Our technicians will discuss recommendations and costs with you — from basic adjustments to
full optical/mechanical overhauls.
All service work includes a Service Warranty, covering the specific parts serviced by Cine Visuals’ technicians.
(Warranty does not cover damage, loss, or theft.)

All items are shipped from Cine Visuals’ Los Angeles facility.
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Each lens is
professionally packaged by our in-house team to ensure safe transit.
Tracking information will be provided once the item has shipped.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide via insured carriers such as FedEx, Southwest, or UPS.
Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are not included in the checkout price and must be
paid by the recipient upon delivery.
Insurance
All shipments are fully insured for their declared value.
In the unlikely event of damage during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and
include detailed photos so our team can assist with an insurance claim.
Return Policy
Each used lens sold through Cine Market undergoes a detailed inspection by Cine Visuals’
certified lens technicians to ensure transparency and quality.
Due to the nature of used cinema equipment, all sales are final unless the item arrives in a
condition materially different from the one described in the inspection report.
If you believe your purchase does not match the provided report, please contact
rentals@cinevisuals.com within 5 business days of receiving your order.
Cine Visuals will review the case and, when applicable, arrange a return or service adjustment.
Tax & Duties
U.S. Orders
Sales tax is automatically calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
International Orders
Cine Visuals is not responsible for any VAT, import tax, or customs duties charged by your
country.
These fees are the buyer’s responsibility and must be paid upon import.
