The Optica Magnus 1.68× Full-Frame PL to PL Xpander is a precision optical adapter that expands the coverage of classic PL-mount zoom lenses—such as the Angénieux 24-290, Angénieux 17-80, Cooke 25-250, and others—allowing them to fully cover today’s full-frame sensors without vignetting. It installs without tools, mounts PL to PL, and incurs a 1½-stop light loss. Optimized for mirrorless cinema cameras like Alexa Mini LF, Sony VENICE, and Red V-Raptor, this Xpander bridges vintage lenses to modern large-format workflows while preserving the original lens character.
