Renting professional cinema gear shouldn’t be complicated. We’ve streamlined the Cine Visuals rental experience so you get the right lenses and accessories on time—with zero hassle—whether you’re a first-time renter or a seasoned cinematographer.

Every request is reviewed by a dedicated rental agent to verify availability, confirm mount compatibility, and answer any questions before you lock in your dates.

Prep days are complimentary and don’t count toward your rental period. We ship worldwide via insured, trackable carriers and offer free delivery throughout Los Angeles County.

We accept credit cards, wire transfers, and ACH payments through our Accounting Department—please email accounting@cinevisuals.com to complete your payment.

Yes. Contact your rental agent anytime to adjust start or end dates—extensions and cancellations are handled case by case.

For new clients, payment is collected up front for your first rental. For returning clients, payment is processed after your items return and pass inspection. We’ll email an invoice, and you can pay via credit card, wire, or ACH through accounting@cinevisuals.com

Yes — the prep date and return date are complimentary and don’t count toward your rental period.

Yes, absolutely. We regularly ship equipment worldwide via insured, trackable carriers and handle all customs documentation on your behalf.

Report any damage immediately. We inspect all items upon their return and will work with you and your insurance to repair or replace items—damage fees apply only for unrecoverable losses.

Yes—monthly and custom-term rentals are available. Contact us for a tailored quote and extended-term pricing.

Not by default. Please tell your rental agent the location and preferred shipping method, and they can include an estimated round trip shipping charge
