cmotion cGate

The cmotion cGate converts LBUS lens control signals to IP, allowing FIZ operation over wired LAN, IP-based RF, or fiber channel in situations where running cable to the camera is not practical. On large stages, stadium shoots, or location sets where the focus puller is working from a different room or floor, it routes control through whatever network infrastructure is already in place. The two external Gigabit Ethernet ports are transparent, meaning IP camera control, shading, and RCP iris data continue passing through without interruption to the existing broadcast chain. The unit is built around an anodized aluminum housing with a sunlight-visible OLED display and mounts via Mini NATO Rail. Production credits include LaLiga multi-camera coverage with Grup Mediapro and the FIS Nordic World Ski Championships with NRK, both operating over IP-based RF in high-interference environments.
